Affiliate Terms of Service.

Welcome to Neurofeedback Pte Ltd affiliate Terms of services.

1. We reserve the right to amend discounts and commissions without notification.

2. Terms of services are governed by laws of the Republic of Singapore.  

3. This is NOT an MLM,  as such, we only reward members who recommend our products.  There are no tiers in our affiliates.

4. Affiliates registration is free of charge.

5. Memberships are only eligible for adults above 18 years of age.

6. Members cannot act on behalf of Neurofeedback Pte Ltd. 
7. Authorised sales and administrators are listed below.
8. Memberships are reserved for anyone in or affiliated to health care.
9. Banking details are required for transfer and bank charges are charged to your account.  Hence, it is recommended to keep credits for your next purchase.  Be aware, there are transfer fees.  
10. Transfers to bank accounts are allowed for amounts minimum of $100USD
11. All information submitted are private and not shared.
12. All product purchases are final, warranty is by manufacturers direct. 
13. Shipping charges ( ALL ) – will be at the cost of consumers unless specified.
14. Refunds are available on a case by case basis for services minus 15% + all admin charges and commissions by payment gateways.
