When you are tired, sometimes a good sleep helps.  When sleep is not possible or the ability to sleep well is not possible.  Neurofeedback is a very good solution.  Sometimes your brain forgets how to relax, hence some just listen to soothing music.  Neurofeedback can observe and reset your brain to where it was before the problem started.  Why NOT correct!

What is Chronic Fatigue syndrome?

Chronic Fatigue is continuous exhaustion which does not go away with sleep and rest. According to the NHS 250,000 people in the UK suffer from CFS. It affects mostly people in their early 20s to mid-40s.

The cause of CFS syndrome is unknown but theories suggest that this condition may be linked to:

  • problems with the immune system
  • a hormone imbalance
  • psychiatric problems
  • gene
  • traumatic events

Some experts believe CFS might be triggered by a combination of factors.

Symptoms of Chronic Fatigue syndrome

People with CFS experience a range of symptoms that makes it hard to perform daily tasks, such as:

  • prolonged physical and mental fatigue
  • headaches
  • muscular pain
  • joint pain
  • sore throat
  • tender lymph nodes
  • impairments of cognitive abilities (problems with memory and concentration)
  • panic attacks
  • depression
  • sleeping problems
